Frequently asked questions
Absolutely! Simply go to the Record screen and click the Call button. You can then select who to call from your contacts, or press the Quick Call button at the top of the screen to go enter a phone number.
Yes, you can do that too! Go to your profile and you'll find your Perci number - give that to your clients and treating parties, and when they call you on that number Perci will take notes for you.
Yes, you can! Go to call screen and in top right there is a Quick Call button. This takes you to a keypad so you can enter a number directly.
There are two ways to set up your contacts: in the app, go to Contacts and select "+ Create new case", or via Perci in your web browser, using the Bulk Import option.
Yes, you must obtain consent from all participants to record a conversation using the perci app. This is a legal requirement within Australia. That's why Perci prompts you for consent each time - so you don't forget.
Yes. If you go to Profile - Settings there is a Formatting option - you can set your default as Standard, SOAP or Detailed format notes.
Yes you can. You'll see an option to change the note format on the notes detail screen. Choose the format you want a the note will re-generate in that format.
Only if you've voiced them. Perci simply summarises what you've talked about in your session. That is, if you voiced recommendations during the session, Perci will incorporate them into the notes. Similarily, if you've committed to actions or next steps, these will be included in your action plan.
Yes. After the client session, go the the note details, and at the bottom of the screen you'll see a button called Update summary with voice. Click that, and speak your clinical observations, and these will then be incorporated into your note.
